From my years of working with elite athletes, I’ve learned that real progress comes from two things: doing the same simple things repeatedly, and knowing when it’s time to adapt the system.I apply the same principles in my own life and coaching — helping translate them into everyday conditions, where demands are constant and conditions are rarely ideal.
